Citizen Lab Director Ron Deibert’s book, Black Code: Inside the Battle for Cyberspace, made the longlist for the tenth annual 2014 BC National Non-Fiction award.
The BC National Award for Canadian Non-Fiction is one of Canada’s largest book prizes.
One hundred and forty-one books were nominated for the $40,000 prize by 46 publishers from across the country. From that entry, the prize jury selected a longlist of ten books.
The shortlist will be announced on 11 December and the award will be presented early in 2014 in Vancouver.
