DisinFog of War: Manipulation of Information and Perceptions in the Israel-Iran Conflict

Senior researcher Alberto Fittarelli will be speaking at Disinfo2026 in Vilnius on October 8 about a Citizen Lab investigation into AI-enabled information warfare that ran in parallel to strikes by Israel on Iran. 

Elections Under Attack

Senior researcher Maia Scott will be chairing a presentation about obscure blogs and Facebook pages targeting candidates at local elections in France. Speakers, Amaëlle Guitton and Omer Benjakob, will discuss how they have been able to investigate and trace operations to election-disrupting mercenaries: companies that are hired to sway votes using disinformation.
