Luis Fernando García is a Senior Researcher at The Citizen Lab and a Mexican lawyer specializing in human rights and digital technologies. He was co-founder and former Executive Director at R3D (Red en Defensa de los Derechos Digitales) in Mexico. He has a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and is a candidate for a master’s degree in international human rights law from Lund University in Sweden.
