The World Congress on Information Technology is the world’s largest and most senior gathering of ICT industry executives and the signature event of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA), the leading voice of the global ICT industry since 1978. WITSA is a consortium of over 80 ICT associations with members representing more than 90 percent of the world ICT market. The last edition, in Amsterdam in 2010, attracted 2,000 participants, and the previous congress in 2008 attracted 3,500 to Kuala Lumpur.

The Congress in Montreal will feature three parallel programs that are intended to promote international business development.
