From 20 – 22 October, Citizen Lab Technical Advisor Morgan Marquis-Boire and Citizen Lab Research Fellow John Scott-Railton are participating as speakers at the Google Ideas forum “Conflict in a Connected World”.

Marquis-Boire will participate in the Cyber Arsenal panel with David Remnitz, Global Americas FTDS Leader, Ernst & Young, Dmitri Alperovitch, Cofounder and Chief Technology Officer, CrowdStrike, and Thomas Anderson, Professor, Computer Science and Engineering, University of Washington.

Scott-Railton will report on the role of maps, mobiles and malware in Libya’s civil war with Abdulla Darrat, Urban Planner and Activist, in the ‘Liberating Libya’ panel.
