Citizen Lab Technical Advisor and Security Researcher Morgan Marquis-Boire participated in the 30th Chaos Communication Congress in Hamburg, Germany from 27-30 December, 2013. Marquis-Boire’s presentation was titled, “To Protect And Infect – The militarization of the Internet”.
