Citizen Lab Director Ron Deibert at the University of Calgary’s Cyber Conference

On 24 and 25 May 2012, Citizen Lab Director Ron Deibert will participate in the University of Calgary’s Cyber Conference, “Nobody Knows Anything: Canada’s Cyber Insecurities”. Hosted by the Centre for Military and Strategic Studies, the Conference will look at cyber vulnerabilities, deterrence and Canada’s cyber policy.

The topics under discussion will include: Attackers and Targets, State of the Art in Defence, Deterrence, and a blue sky assessment of the cyber environment in Canada five to ten years from now. Professor Deibert will participate in the opening panel session as well as the closing session on cyber policy recommendations.
