How is the Internet governed? Questions about where and by whom decisions are made are necessary to understanding how the Internet is structured, controlled, and used. The voices that are included in such discussions, the government agencies and corporations controlling infrastructure that connects billions of users, and the players who mediate the data collected from everyday usage have wide-ranging consequences to the Internet’s governance.
